SR Evasion Taunt Aura Duration
It is, sadly, only a 1 second duration. Apparently, this is not a bug, and is working as intended. Why the Devs intended this, when the duration for Brutes is normal, is unknown. I do really think this needs to get fixed before I'll ever play the set on a Tanker.

All the other auras being Scale 1 Melee_InherentTaunt, while the SR aura is Scale 1 Melee_Ones (and RttC being Scale 1.25 Melee_Ones for that matter) certainly smells like a bug to me.
Is there a reference for that being intended? I don't recall ever seeing an official comment on it.

I under stand some of this but the thing I do not under stand is this why is the SR the only one with out a taunt aura? I mean u can put a taunt IO in RttC but u can not put one in any of the ones for SR.
Not sure if I'm misunderstanding your question, but Evade has an AoE taunt aura (mag 4, 1.0 second duration) that can be enhanced (at least in Mids) with generic IO taunt enhancers, like Willpower's.

Yes, I like Force Fields.
So, I'm trying to decide what primary to pair with my upcoming staff fighter & wanted something 'natural' that didn't involve playing WP or Invuln for the 50th time.
This lead me to SR, which would be a great fit thematically.
My biggest concern though (among many, admittedly) is the duration of the taunt aura.
City of Data has it listed as a measly 1second.

That's even worse than WP's miniscule taunt duration. (Though made up by the fact that WP is ridiculously awesome)
In the newest Mids, it's listed as a 2.25second base duration. (and 13.6 for brutes? Whaaat?) I could live with 2.25, but a 1 sec duration would be a deal-breaker for me, I think.
TL;DR: What is the duration of Evasion for Tanks, and can anyone with experience chime in on how well the set performs in practice? Thank you in advance!
