So I have a quick question.

I know that there's all this different universes in the City of Heroes game. Such as Praetoria, and the 5th Column Universe where the Reichmann (Isn't Reichmann also a counterpart to Statesman kind of like Cole?), etc.

Now... is there any universe where Lord Recluse actually succeeded in taking over the world or anything like that? Has he really failed so much that not even an alternate version of him as succeeded? (He's even dead in Praetoria, lol.)

Also... who would win one on one?

Tyrant or Reichmann?
Reichmann or Statesman?
Tyrant or Statesman?

Lol. XD

Play Redside and do the Arc to unlock the Lord Recluse strike force.

yes, Reichsman is an evil Marcus Cole who omnomnoms other Marcus Coles to strengthen himself.

Recluse's Victory.

Tyrant.
Reichsman.
Tyrant - Statesman is dead. Plus, Tyrant has captured Statesman twice.

Recluse's Victory isn't exactly an alternate universe; it's a possible future.

61866 - A Series of Unfortunate Kidnappings - More than a coincidence?
2260 - The Burning of Hearts - A green-eyed monster holds the match.
379248 - The Spider Without Fangs - NEW - Some lessons learned (more or less.)

In the original story about Reichmann, the two fought, along with our FP and his equivalent. States and Reich were in a complete deadlock, able to gain an advantage over the other.

Our guys only one because Reichie was paranoid, and killed off any Supers he was slightly worried about, so our FP was able to wipe the floor with his, allowing them to all gang up on him (resulting in Reichie losing).

I can't recall exactly what Reichmann did once he got free, so that might have enabled him to gain more power, giving him the upper hand in a fight against States (assuming the SSA hadn't happened yet).

As mentioned, Reichsman and Statesman were perfectly matched, at least during his original invasion. Tyrant does not appear to have their compunctions about drawing more power from the Well, so he's almost certainly stronger than either.
