Just a heads up about converter drops
Someone mentioned it the morning converters went live on TheMarket. I reported it after confirming. Sort of surprised it wasn't patched along with the merit thing this morning.

Not necessarily. If converters are using the same drop qualifications as tips, then you can't get either in Perez. Tips require the defeated enemy to be at least level 20. TwoHeadedBoy specifically said he was street sweeping for tips (and Sharkhead is a level 20-30 zone).

Yesterday I did a little street sweeping with my level 50 Spines/DA scrapper in Perez Park and got 1 or 2 Enhancement Converters. I won't be doing it again though. I would rather run level 50 content/farms and get influence and other drops in addition to the chance of getting ECs.

I am curious to hear if folks are farming gray conning critters for ECs and if they are happy with the results.
I tried it with my blaster. I got one on my third spawn and thought, "Man, this is easy money!" Then I killed around two thousand more hellions and skulls and got nothing, before I got bored and wandered off. I have no idea whether the RNG was holding out on me after that first drop or if that's normal, but it wasn't a good return on my time investment.
I was doing some street sweeping in Sharkhead Isle for tips the other day on a level 50 character and I had a converter drop. Just wanted to let everyone know that converters can drop off of gray con enemies if you want to farm them instead of spending your merits. I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but in case it hadn't, now it has.
