I've heard a fair few people say that 10-15 Bronze is the best range. Pick out the -KBs, Steadfasts and whatnot and delete the rest. Can't really say, myself. Haven't done ticket rolls in a long time.
I've heard claims that bronze beats silver- not just ticket for ticket, but recipe for recipe. I haven't investigated, myself.

Bronze does win, in my opinion. At least it did before converters - though I don't think anyone is going to waste a conversion on most of the recipes that drop from AE reward rolls.
The reason why Bronze wins is because of the ticket cost. Only 60 tickets as opposed to...525? So, the odds of getting 1 good one out of 8 or 9 recipes is fair. Most are junk, but when you get a steadfast res/def or kb procs, they make it worth it. As do Stun Manipulators and Rectified Reticles. (check the market, no telling what's worth what now)

After being away for a while I was wondering if the Bronze and Silver lvl 35 reward rolls are still the best back for the tickets cost.
