Awesome patch notes that, in the swing of everything, I didn't see:

Regeneration / Revive now grants a 15 second window of immunity to most damage after use.
Willpower / Resurgence now grants a 15 second window of immunity to most damage after use.
Luminous Aura / Restore Essence now grants a 15 second window of immunity to most damage after use.
I didn't notice the notes, but being able to actually use these powers without dying almost immediately afterwards is awesome.

They both also do damage and are more helpful to teams. After all, a stunned enemy isn't hurting anyone, whereas if I'm immune to damage for 15 seconds, the blaster is still a perfectly good target.

Well... Stygian Return doesn't stun.

But seriously, I'm glad these powers got a buff. They needed it.

I'm not totally convinced Willpower needed any buffs, but I'll take it It's nice to have these powers be more than glorified Awakens.

Oh, so it doesn't. My warshade stalled out at level 33. I had assumed that Stygian Return was just a cut and paste of Soul Transfer.

I'd say that Revive and Resurgence needed it. The archetypes that get those two powers are most likely to die in melee range of a group of enemies.

There were so many times that I'd use resurgence and be smacked back down to the floor before I could use inspirations or activate another power.

On my Regeneration Stalker, I'd be hitting Moment of Glory furiously, but to no avail. The enemies were able to target and kill me before I got out of the Revive animation.

I totally agree that Resurgence was terrible. I haven't played Regen enough to comment much on Revive, but being impervious to death seems like it should address some of the set's problems. I just meant that /WP has been a high-performing set for years even without a usable rez. But I'm still happy to have it ^.^

By the way, both Mids and in-game detailed info (on beta, since live servers are down) list 15 seconds for the untouchable in Stygian Return and Soul Transfer. I don't have a Warshade or dark armor character high enough to confirm that empirically, though.

good changes, makes them a lot more useful and actually allows you to re-toggle/retreat before time's up

To be fair, the blaster is *always* a perfectly good target.

Of course they would do this a week after I finally respecced my WP scrapper out of Resurgence. I had only been holding onto it because of concept, even though it almost always proved useless.

Re .... Treat? I do not understand the concept. Is that where you furiously throw yourself back at whatever you were fighting?

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.
Also, my memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Maybe it's a synonym for "annihilate the spawn while invulnerable", I'm not sure.
