Should I go s/l/m or range def soft for DP/Fire?
Can you do Sm/Le/Ranged soft cap? That would be what I would try for.

Both if possible, but if it's one or the other, I'd go S/L given the pbaoe's the combo has.

I personally six slotted oblit but that can be expensive. I just got lucky with AE tickets >_>;.

Logic persists that I'd rather have three types which largely cover everything to be good than for one to be awesome and the other to have a giant hole waiting to kill me every time. If you can't get them all to 45%, try to settle around at least 30% for each; more if possible. That much will still make a giant difference in survivability and will only require a purple inspiration to jump to the soft-cap for when you really need it.

So I'm getting close to 50, and I'm having a blast on this toon after having him benched for months though I can't figure out why. He's a ton of fun, but any way I'm not sure which would be better for him. Soft capped s/l/m or soft capped range defense?
I like to be at range right now at the moment due to my squishiness as a blaster, but I really enjoy getting into melee and firing off my build up > burn > fire sword circle > combustion chain, and quickly followed by Hail of bullets if there's any left. I also plan on trying to fit Spring attack into the build and start my melee chain off with that. I figure the knockdown will up my suvivability.
So guess I'm just looking for some advice, and if you want to post a build that's fine but it's not needed. Thanks in advance =)
