about Monthly Reward Tokens?

ok so somehow in January i woke up in the morning and had this email saying my Sub was Cancelled, so i resubbed by Jan 11th, got my 400 Points for January, but never my Reward Token, so then came Feb and now March, and im still missing that 3rd monthly token, assuming it is the January token i am missing, when should i expect to receive it?

i was told i should get it by the end of january or something when i previously made a thread about this missing token in late January

Send an in game petition. Sometimes the reward tokens do not award (no clue why). I have to do this every month to get my reward token. The current system is broken for some people, but mine is usually awarded with a petition and 1-2 emails in replies - a total of 2-3 hours max. Good Luck.

Just like the old Vet Rewards, Reward Tokens are for "time played, not time paid", as Lighthouse used to put it. In other words, if you pay on Jan 11th, you get your token at the end of the month (not the calendar month, but the subscription month, or Feb 11).

Note that it you've received free time, like under the old referral program, where it was possible to get 2 weeks credited to your account, or the old 7- or 10-day trials, these count towards your total time, and you may get the token on a slightly different date as a result. wlel i had my sub back up and RUNNIN by Jan 11th, resubbed on the 9th or 10th if i recall, but ill try the petition thing, and yeah, they need to fix the system as its broken in more than 1 way and affects everyone differently

Everything you posted makes it sound like things are working properly for you:

January: Subbed on 11th, received token on Feb 11th.
Ferbuary: Paid on 11th, received token on Mar 11th.
March: Paid on 11th, will recieve token on Apr 11th.

As I said above, you get the token at the END of the month, not when you pay. You said in the OP that you hadn't yet received your third token - you shouldn't have. If you've got the first two, then everything's in order.

if things were working perfectly for me right now id have 3 tokens not 2, it bugs me to hell that ill have to buy $50 in Points just to get 2 of the 3 pieces of the Fire And Ice set since im missing my 3rd monthly token which is keeping me 1 token short of T9 VIP -.-

its also gonna bug me at the end of the year when i have 11 tokens not 12

You've paid for 3 months.
You've played for 2.
Where is this third token supposed to be coming from?

I think the OP is saying he never got the token for Dec-Jan when the account expired, and if that's the case he needs to contact support and stay on it/escalating it till he gets it.

I had my account cancel itself recently. I didn't get the rewards on the 8th when they were due, but I did get both Paragon Points and the Reward Token on the very last day of that month.

It seems the process is a bit broken if your sub cancels, but should "catch up." If it never does, then call support.
