It actually started last weekend. This Green Lantern episode, like the one last week, is not really new, either. These first two episodes were run as an hour-long special in November. The first premiere GL episode in the timeslot will be next week's.

Young Justice was great. I might be a bit biased from still owning the post-Crisis Flash #1, on which a decent chunk of the plot of this episode is based. Wally West, who moves at about the speed of sound running a heart across the country, even getting briefly delayed by Vandal Savage. That book didn't really get good until Mark Waid took over, but it had its moments. I'm not certain if it's a coincidence or a deliberate inversion, but Wally on YJ just recovered from an arm injury before this story while Wally in Flash #1 injured his arm during the fight with Vandal Savage.

From the previews, it looks like Rocket will be joining the team very soon.

Actually not new Teen Titans series, it's just shorts about Teen Titans.

I particularly liked the early scene where the rest of the team is watching Wally spectacularly fail at flirting with Miss Martian until Artemis decides to finally put him out of his misery and break the news about her and Superboy.

Robin: He is pretty much the only one who hasn't figured it out yet...

I haven't been keeping up with YJ, but this episode sparked my interest again. Probably because right now Kid Flash is my favorite super hero, but still. I was thinking at the end of the episode(SPOILERS AHEAD)

how it must have sucked for the news company to do a follow up on the dead princess story contradicting everything they said.

I laughed when it turns out the tower for the SD Teen Titans is a lower case t.

Nah, the news company would take honk their own horn and overstate their assistance is arresting the would be mastermind.

Overall it was a good B-day for Wally. However I would have thought that with all the planning involved in closing down a route for him that they could have had snack protein shakes the way they have watering stations during marathons.

Need more Z.
