FWIW, I have a few mothballed 40+ characters and some newer 35+ ones who I'll be trying to get to 50 during DXP weekend. A couple might even be vaguely useful for raids (like my Ill/Emp). 
I'll certainly be interested in pre-50 content, especially TFs, on Friday. Free time on Saturday and Sunday are less certain, sadly.
if worse comes to worst, I'll bring my alt account on just to let 7 others play - but I think I'll be bringing my emp or my kin. Probably the emp. The emp has rez, where as the kin does not.
Honestly, I don't see this as being that big of a deal. I'm going into it expecting it to be challenging. If we wipe, we wipe. Not that big of a deal, I'll be on my 50, which makes debt meaningless. :P
Noy will be leading the later raid that evening, so that's when some may get an evil eye.
I've got a level 46 earth/cold troller that needs some overdue attention. I'll find some way to get all my toons the attention they need.

Dual boxing to fill a task force is fine. Dual boxing to fill a task force and keeping said toon on that task force (instead of having that toon quit) and not disclosing said fact to the team before hand is not fine. At least not fine with me.
And note that I said if worst comes to worst - -meaning that it is, in fact, a worst case scenario. It is not what I would want to do, but if the player base can't come up with 6 level 50's and only comes up with 5, I'll ask someone to volunteer to switch to a 50. If no one does, I'll let people know up front that my level 50 will remain at point du hoc and moved only occasionally to prevent afk-logging off. There will be no "oh, that toon is taking a break" cover-up/flat out lying about what I'm doing. Not like you, sir.
And, if there are only 4 50s, I just won't lead it and find something else to do.

And just out of curiosity, why would you dual box (pad) and quit? Like you are stealing merits from someone?..Oh what, they all get same...Guess padding and quitting is what the envirormentalist players do to save energy, other than that I would say it's STUPID to pad and quit as you are actually WASTING merits, but that's just me...

It was a Manticore task force and we had 7 players, the bare minimum. I was the last player, or second to last player to join.
Three of the other players were @kobato, @obsidian ram and yourself. @kobato's character had the star. The other 6 of us were in the map. The first mission was completed and the leader never made it to the mission. Well, real life happens, I get that. I waited. Half way through the 2nd mission, I ask the leader if he is ever going to get to the mission.
You replied with "Oh, he's taking a break for now." (or words very close to that)
A break from what? Then it occurs to me that based on your comment that you were trying sneak the dual boxing by the team - otherwise, you'd have mentioned it up front.
To be fair - you didn't have the star, @kobato (who is also @Obsidian Ram did) Still - instead of "taking a break", I would have expected someone like yourself to say "hey, we got tired of waiting for a 7th, so one of us is going to bring on an alt."
But, this was not the case. Both alts were on the team before I joined it. I cannot be certain, but seeing as the alt that wasn't being played had the star, I firmly believe that there was never a thought about NOT dual boxing, regardless of wait time for the team to form.
So sir, you see, I consider you dishonest. Do what you like on your own, but when you team with others, be up front about what you're doing.
For the record, it is not dual boxing that I have an issue with, it is the shameful way in which it was done.

Ukase, Noy, if either of you think you could find yourselves short on 50's for an MSR, try to hit me up with a tell or something ahead o' time and I'll voluntell one of my more recently minted incarnates to lead a team or help out, etc.
I've got two scraps and a blaster that are still 50 or 51, and around a half dozen various AT alts at 42 or 38, waiting to make the jump to 50. Whether I bring a level 50, or not, doesn't matter to me enough to put the raid in danger by wantin' exp.
Just give me a heads up if I'm on, please.

Given tonights lackluster attendance at the scheduled well in advance MSR, I will no longer be hosting any msrs until further notice.
This includes 2xp weekend. I've no idea how long the "shiny" of DA will last, and I have better things to do than to sit at point du hoc and wait for people to finish iTrials that could have been run at non-conflicting times.
I don't blame anyone other than issue 22 - not everyone has the system to handle an msr, not everyone enjoys an msr. Those that work may understandably prefer to do the new content.
I can no more blame those that lead iTrials preceding the msr than I can those that attend those same iTrials.
I've forgotten about msrs myself before. Things happen.
You'll want to thank @Xtreme Raze for leading an MSR, I can only guess after one of the MoDD trials was completed.

Fully understand how you feel things to consider this weekend in the US we had the time change were we jumped ahead an hour, which also may have lent to the confusion for the MSR last night.
As I mentioned earlier I and possible two other Sentinels who have confirmed with me will be available to assist with that MSR.
So only counting us, we had total of 6 leaders with you Mystic and Ion or Tax E. For the dbl xp weekend extra MSR at 6:00pm est.
However I also understand other things we have discussed. For the dbl xp weekend the Sentinels will take over leading that raid using super sidekicking. I would ask that we have as many 36+ league members and get your HVAS out to assit when in the bowl.
For the record I am not in LB channel or the other one so I do not get the MotD listed there. I get that information second hand from teammates or friends / LFTM.
If sonmeone has already decided to pick up the 6 pm slot please let me know. Thank you Liberty for your time.

Hey Valor, there is an alternative channel for MSR and all things Rikti Warzone related: Vanguard Operations. Their MotD keeps track of the MSRs, and little else.

It's all yours, AV. I initially took over hosting the raid because noone that was on at the time @noyjitat seemed to want to do it. Believe me, I would have much preferred to have someone else lead so I could get my level 49 earth/cold Controller those last few bars.
As for the time change - my computer corrected the time for me, it was a change I was completely unaware of. That could certainly have made an impact on things.

For Double XP weekend's extra MSR:
League invites/set up will beging at 5:45 pm est
supersidekicking in place
Anyone 34 and under will only earn 10 v-merits and xp, (which should be good, use winfall if you have it.)
35+ will of course earn normal v-merits only if they have unlocked the content. (Again use winfall if you have it for greatest amount of reward)
If you have Vanguard HVAS bring them to earn even more rewards
For those that have it remember use the winfall reward once on the ship for the biggest bang for your buck.
