How much is ALOT of inf to you? I have a BS/Inv scrapper that I enjoy quite a bit, but couldn't really tell you much about the PvP side of it. It's kind of hard to tell what you want. Maybe some specifics. "All around and ALOT of inf means much different things to different people."

Just finished getting a WM/EA scrapper up to 50, and I will say I'm quite taken with the EA defensive set with the revisions. It's got a lot of nice toys, and is quite easy to softcap (even on the cheap which is what I've done).
Of your choices, I'd say Invuln, EA, and Willpower are likely your best PVE choices in terms of durability. Honestly I avoid PVP zones like the plague now since DR, so I can't offer much wisdom there.
Too many alts to list.
But I don't know you ingame though as I'm sure most of the forumites don't either. That's why I'm asking you do give more details.....to help you.
Are you looking for a billion dollar build? 2 billion? No limit?

Have you thought about Stalker, I have a broadsword/NRG and it does quite well against just about anything I have gonoe up against, and with the improvements to stalkers coming in i22 it will be even better, plus would be good for PvP as well. 
If your gonna play follow the leader just make sure the leader is taking you where you want to go.

the fact like endurance drain cant work on you, you have a nice fast heal and a source of energy regain/drain is great!
and the god mode is in my opinion, one of the best!

One day I'll give her the royal treatment and really IO her out to min/max, but as is she's pretty tough. And I agree broad sword is a fun set.

The endurance drain protection is OK, but nowhere near as good as it is on electric armor. On my electric armor builds, I can simply ignore drain. On EA, it just bothers you a good bit less, but still happens. The heal is nice as well, and the fact that you get a recharge bonus for being surrounded is great. |

I will say I'm pretty partial to war mace, and believe it to be the best weapon set (titan weapons may be comparable).

I would make a BS/WP scrapper and make sure in parry you add the Chance to knockdown IO.
It is amazing how often it works and it will even knockdown AV's if it fires.
I set Parry on auto fire and the 17% defense added to willpower is extremely nice! I just saw you don't want Will Power then take electric instead.
I wouldn't make BS at this point. I think warmace is simply a better set, while being very similar.
Also, don't even bother with PvP. At this point you really can't have an "all-round toon for both PVE and PVP". There are VERY few builds that are really viable in PvP (and BS isn't one of them), and you absolutely need completely separate builds for PvE vs PvP. In most cases, you will have a godlike toon in PvE, but it will still be a total joke in PvP. To really have an effective PvP toon, you need to make something specifically for PvP, with no PvE in mind.
Well, if influence is no limit, he can afford to have both a PVE build and a PVP build on the switch.
Anyway, I like defense sets, but I never pvp. Maybe try broadsword/electric or broadsword/invuln?

ok sooo i really want to build a Broadsword toon BUT!!! i cant decide if it should be brute or scrapper, or if i should take willpower, energy aura, invul, elec or fire armour! they all have really good and bad points but if anyone could maybe help me tip towards a specific build/AT or even help rule out certain options id really appreciate it!
Please take into consideration that i will be building this as an all-round toon for both PVE and PVP and will be spending ALOT on the build and i mean ALOT!
This toon will probably become my main character i play on Freedom server which is why its a big decision for me, all i know is i LOVE broadsword and cant decide which route to take!
