What did you skimp on when slotting? Thats typically how I look at it.
Gasping for blue? Cardiac.
Slotted for holds more than damage? Musculature.
Need more a buffer with hasten for permadom? Spiritual.
etc.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

I continue to advocate for Intuition Radial:
1) More damage is always good
2) Increased duration on Holds + Confuse is good
3) More range is extremely good because so few sets have a range bonus and it lets you kite groups better and adds significant area to cones
Agility Core gives you +End mod, +recharge, and +defense. The End mod to help your sapping skills while still slotting up for harder controls, +recharge because you're a dom, and +def because you're Ice Epic and that'll help your defense shield and any other defenses you have going.
If you're at Permadom levels already I think Musc Core would be the way to go.
Even if your Primary is slotting for damage rather than holds/immob/sleep/whatever, more damage means less time on each mob and more time killing.
A permadom wouldn't need more recharge, and since each time Domination goes off your refill your end your blue bar shouldn't be hurting.
Mind, it's my own $0.02, others will feel differently.
I'd go Intuition Radial as well on Elec/Fire/Ice perma dom.

There is no such thing as too much recharge, regardless of what AT, powersets and build you have.

Hey all...so i got my first Dominator up to 50 and have unlocked the alpha slot. However, i cannot figure out what the best Alpha to go with, and was hoping of getting some others experiences with what works best. A Few items to note
1. Elec/Fire/Ice Dom
2. Already have Perma Dom
Think thats really the important stuff, so if anyone could please give me input i appreciate it thanks!!
