Stop him !!
It's been my experience that Dell gives really good customer support compared to other manufacturers--the only one I'd say is better from personal experience would be Systemax.
(The WORST customer service experience I had was with Alienware; they were consistently awful when I dealt with them at my last job, to the point where we dropped them for Dell just for the better service. Sounds ironic, I know... Dell owns Alienware, but the company operates on its own and provides its own service, and it doesn't do so in a satisfactory manner.)
Anyway, what do you care what someone else does with their money?

I've recommanded Dell for many end users as their support is pretty good. You can get cheaper computers (or better computers for the price) so depends on the value you put on customer support.
My worst experiences with an unhelpdesk were with Acer - never again.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.
Thank you Devs & Community people for a great game.
So sad to be ending ):

My experience with Dell customer service was a ******* nightmare. Outsourced, barely spoke English, and was obviously reading from a script for everything I said(because they didn't understand what I was saying). Not once could they fix a problem.

My friend can build the same rig, for half the price, or a rig that is twice as good for a little less.

I've always (ok well not always but for a long time) said that if you have the know how to build your own rig and don't care about a warranty then take that route. If you don't have that skill set then buy a Dell gaming rig.
They are good quality providing you know what you are looking for.
Don't count your weasels before they pop dink!
If Dell gives 'really good' support, then the other must come to your house and break things.

Someone is posting in player help that they want to buy $2,500.00 gaming rig from Dell. Can someone run over there with any advice?
