Trying to understand Paragon reward tokens & points

This may be redundant to say, but did you try relogging, sometimes it takes a bit for the paragon reward tokens to pop up.
Did that already nothing happened 
Not sure if I'm reading the OP right, but to clarify: You get Reward Tokens for buying Paragon Points, not for buying stuff *with* Paragon Points.

Jasra is correct. For every 1200 PP you purchase (US$15), you get 1 Reward Token.
From the wiki:
Premium Players are granted one Reward Token for every 1200 Paragon Points purchased. (Cumulative; it needn't be all purchased at once.)
- Bonus points from large point purchases are included in the formula.
- Example: Buying 8000 PP for $100US gives 1600 bonus points, which results in 9600/1200=8 tokens.

I didnt get any reward tokens after buyin stuff with paragon points?
Did i misunderstand something about how it works? i bought for 2000 paragonpoints and recievede no reward tokens which i thought i would, am i all wrong?
