Making Firey Aura Sturdy: What do I do?
btw i have gotten my smashing resistance to the cap of 90% and my lethal to 87.93 thanks to the last bit of boosters and the might of the tanker ato purpled set today.
once the proc goes off lethal gets capped so i wont be trying to cap that part as im satisfied now in my goal.ever since e.d. and i.o's ive been trying to cap at least resistance.now im happy.)
Below is the build that I have, and I find it quite acceptable.
Unlike our OP, I find Fault to be...well, not worth much. Typically, I jump in a mob, hit FE and Burn, Tremor, target a Boss or LT and hit Build up and Seismic Smash. Repeat as necessary. This could farm, but there are other toons better suited for it.
There are other builds also suggested, and I certainly won't say mine is better, just different. The more builds we all see, the more we can see different ways of doing things, and it only makes us better from there.

If you have Fiery Aura questions, feel free to always check out my guide, too. It's Fire/Fire, but it discusses Fiery Aura quite a bit and you can easily adapt to other secondaries. I kind of have more of a budget build approach in there, but my main is quite solid with that and Cardiac. He does great on the Trials and really only hates the uber mez stuff in them now. I prefer running him with Barrier, but he has Clarion as well to help with those annoying trial bits.
Going to technically go more expensive with him and put that ATIO proc in Scorch, but you can pick it up for four hundred reward merits. All that resistance on top of Cardiac, your shields, and tough, should make that more than worth it... and that's a good bit more cheap than the PVP +3% resist enhancement.

I just wanted to come back to the thread to say thank you all very much.
I kept kind of procrastinating, and aside from the final challenge of cramming the tanker AT set in, Zim The Igneous is in a much happier place.
Where to find fault most valuable is on teams that already have a stunning controller. Suddenly every boss always stunned every spawn. And tremor fault tremor temporarily stops all the damage.
as to why I skipped the damage buffs, it was a matter of wanting to be defensively focused and being unwilling to make the compromises to that goal that were necessary to include them. I'll probably build a lessr serious solo build on the side that
.will utilize them heavily.

BTW, while I applaud the maximized franken-slotting you're using for Healing Flames, may I suggest this, instead?
Heaing Flames -- Mrcl-Heal/Rchg, Mrcl-Heal/EndRdx/Rchg, Numna-Heal/Rchg, Numna-Heal/EndRdx/Rchg
That will give you Almost as much Recharge and Healing, plus a bit of Endurance Reduction AND give Regeneration and Recovery bonuses.
