Hey all another thread to make. Basically I wanna get to level 30 at least to try out some of the Sig. arc stuff and possibly get to Cimerora and other wonderful areas/task forces. DYnaia's level 26 SCIENCE (I can't help but say that XD elec/elec Brute at the moment, Been kinda hanging around Independance Port so I was wondering if there's any suggestions to Task Forces or story arcs that would get her slightly faster to that coveted 3-0 christmas cake of a level.

Citadel TF (25+) offers pretty good xp, basically the whole tf is a long string of defeat council missions. If you can get a strong and willing team you could potentially set it to +2 or something for better xp. http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Citadel_tf

If you havent done it yet, do the TFs:

Posi 1 (10+)
Posi 2 (11+)
Synapse (15+)
Sister Psyche (20+)
Citadel (25+)

You will need those for the TF commander accolade, anyway

Other TFs:
Moonfire (23+)
Ernesto Hess (25+) (needs to be unlocuked by finishing Striga SAs)

TFs are your best bet

If you haven't already, you ought to join your server's TF recruiting global channels. Note that TFs can last 1-3 hours (depending on which one and how your team does), so make sure you have enough time to stick it out. That said, TFs guarantee that you will be on a full team (usually) for a least a couple of hours, unlike a pick up team which usually last only as long as the team leader, so they're really good for XP.

To find your server's global channels:
- right click the center of a chat window, on the pop up menu, select "Channel Search"
- search for your server's name
- click the column headers to sort by channel population
- join a couple
- note: you may want to set up the channels up in a dedicated chat window (one of the "1 2 3 4" links on your chat window's header bar)
- note: most public global channels default new members to be in "silenced mode", so you'll have to wait for a channel mod (another player) to unsilence you
- but if you see someone recruiting, you can still send them a private message that you're interested
- note: you can click on the person's name in chat for the pop menu which includes send chat or send invite (if you're the one recruiting)

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.

Note that you have to be 35 to get to Cimerora, not 30.

Thanks for that all, I guess I'll be trying that out more often then, I wish there was a way of figuring out TF givers though. The 30 level I wanted to get to beause I wanna try the next level of the Signiture Arc.

Not quite sure what you're asking, but this might help.

I knew about the wikia but I mean in game. There's no one telling you about them nor notifying you about said TFs. I mean it does foster exploration but TFs are some of my favorite parts of the game.

Once you join some TF and Trial channels you will see when folks are forming them (or you can form them yourself and send out requests for members on those channels). What are the Channel names you ask? Try asking in the Help channel because it depends upon which server you are on. Good luck!

I'm a big fan, in general, of Sister Psyche's TF. Apparently I can never beat too many Freaks. Lotsa freaks, lotsa XP.

I'd also suggest Hess for a real James Bond style story.

A common problem with these is people who are just there for the final reward, who will skip everything they can, shortcut everything else, and go as fast as possible. Think of them as "commuters" instead of "tourists". This is fine if everyone on the TF is a commuter, or everyone on the TF is a tourist, but when you're a tourist and the people running it are commuters you get dumped out at the end going "Who? Why? What just happened?"

Mini-guides: Force Field Defenders, Blasters, Market Self-Defense, Frankenslotting.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.

Personally I'm a tourist myself, I love checking out the clues and reading up on the Lore, its why I love the story arcs too. I was hoping to try Citadel tonight and I guess I'll try Sister Psyche too.
