You get 1 token per 1200 pts bought. I don't know if there's extra tokens in there ever.

All very nice stuff, costumes n such. I only really have one major complaint.

WHY advertise this Tier 9 VIP stuff so blatantly when the vast majority of new players CANNOT afford to drop $15 per token to get it?? It's like the worst kind of taunting, imho. I just finished my Tier 8 this month, but I have friends who got into the game much later that would LOVE these sets, but would have to wait 1 or 2 YEARS before they could get them. This, (along with a few other problems) has gotten one of my friends so frustrated that he's likely going to give up on CoH. I'm certain he's not the only one to feel this way, either. I'm not saying they shouldn't let people know about it, but should they really be putting this on the load-in screen??

I've found that not many people choose to take the time to head to the boards and post feedback unless it's a negative response for content/changes that upset them enough to, so on the opposite side......
This set is amazing, so I had to make sure to find an official thread and show my appreciation 
. The wings&tail are stunning, and widely usable for different concepts. The waterfall "cape" is awesome(I could've done without the attached rocks, but it's cool enough I'll stick with it and work it onto characters). The helmet is great, and it's shape/texture is universal enough to also be used for varying concepts(AND the Fire/Cryo gas is colorable. NICE). The Lava&cracked Ice body textures are also very cool. I like the arm idea too, but wish you could "bulk up" both arms instead of just one(I'm a libra, it's not balanced hahaha).
I'd say this set even outdoes Celestial in quality

And they're rewards for customer patronage. "Shop here often and you get better deals than others" is a common marketing tactic to breed brand loyalty.

One of you number crunchers out there give me a hand if you will...how much money would a vip have to spend to be able to have enough tokens to reach tier 9 to purchase the Fire and Ice set? If they were say...a 3 year vet.
I am a 4 year going on 5 vet and dont have enough but I have seen 1 year vets with one tier 9 set like Celestial....did I miss something?
Any help would be appreciated as I dont want to miss these sets before they are gone!
