Most Anticipated Movies for 2012

It is a teen, sorry young adult series. I would imagine a large number of it's teen fans are still under 17 and probably wouldn't want to go see it with their parents chaperoning if it was an R. With PG-13 it's drop them off and come back in three hours, unless the theater is also at a mall (we'll call when we are ready to leave, bring the minivan we all went shopping with our gift cards we got).

Well there is one thing to look forward as far as Twilight goes. It is the movie that will be so terrible that it will end the world, or at least dramatically change it.

The movie is being released in December 2012 just as the Mayans foretold.

Let's just hope the world ends before the next movie comes out...

I'm looking forward to:

Avengers (have some reservations about it, but it's the Avengers!)
The Dark Knight Rises (reservations about Bane, but Nolan has done great so far)
The Hobbit (goosebumps from the song in the trailer)
Brave (looks great)

Possibly interested in:

Prometheus (like the idea, but prequels generally aren't very good)
John Carter (liked the books, will be interesting)

All I can think of right now.

I find your lack of signature disturbing.

I'll have to say "this" to the above.

I have some small hesitations about the Avengers and TDKR but...overall I want to see 'em.

The Hobbit is (should be) awesome...and Brave...well it's Pixar and Pixar can do no wrong (except for "Jumping the shark" by making Cars 2 ).

Everytime I hear about the hunger games, all I think of is this.

Of course, I've read everything that Stephen King has written

Maybe I should look into Battle Royal.

Willpower has more passive regen than Regen does. Who thought that was a good idea?

Can we get a fix for Energy Melee instead of more new sets?

We really need a Spider-Man reboot NOW? The ink is barely dry on the DVD's of Spider-Man 3.

Hey, let's do a reboot of THOR before the new Avenger's movie comes out! It's been almost a year now, fans are ready for a Fresh New Vision!

Spider-Man is more of a "use it or lose it" movie rights battle with Disney/Marvel. Sony has to crank out a new one every few years. Same with Fox and X-men.

'Don't be impertinent,' said the King, 'and don't look at me like that!' He got behind Alice as he spoke.
'A cat may look at a king,' said Alice.

The Hobbit is the only movie on that list I'm wholly looking forward to. There are others I'm interested in, but not particularly 'anticipating'.

Six minutes is more than long enough to be indelibly etched into the memory of a lifetime. Successes and failures often turn upon events in a much smaller time frame. And 2 minutes can be heard echoing across the annals of time for over a hundred years.

The premise and designs of that movie have had me interested since I first saw something on it.

Iron Sky has a bit of a cheap laugh with the Palinesque US President, with a stuffed polar bear in the Oval Office if the hair style and glasses weren't enough of a hint.

I'm thinking this is going to be like a Euro version of Mars Attacks.
