New Interfaces
If you're looking at burning through your salvage, I'd honestly look at expanding your options for Destiny and Lore rather than Interface. I don't really see why you would need anything other than Reactive for your interface slot, however having additional Destiny or Lore can be a nice option to have.
ie....
Clarion on hand for UGT
The new teleport Destiny is nice to have as a switch in utility if you ever need it for a TF/trial or whatever when other things are already covered.
You could grab Cimerorans for a higher dps lore pet or Longbow to have massive regen debuffs on hand, and you would still have your other lore pets for whatever concept reasons you may have.
You could also potentially get a different Alpha like Musculature or Agility and pick up Ageless for your endurance as well as giving your group fabulous debuff resistance.
Having multiple interface doesn't give you as many options as Interface is all just about the same, ie provide more damage for yourself, having multiple destinies so they can be switched out depending on your task and/or what your group needs would be much better
IMO, of course.
Well, would you get more out of what Vigor Core or Vigor Radial would give over Cardiac if your goal was to have a bunch of end cost cut down (since Vigor gives 33% end cost red in either branch?)
I agree about Destiny - Clarion or the new Incandescent are highly sought after for the UG trial, especially Clarion.
Many of the new Interfaces are getting doubled in strength and are currently on the beta server for us to test:
The damage of the Degenerative and Cognitive branches was intentionally lower than the damage of Reactive, Spectral, and Preemptive. However, the damage difference ended up feeling like too much of a penalty for doing Psionic or Toxic damage. We’re increasing the damage of both Degenerative and Cognitive to be closer to the other DoTs, without completely eclipsing them.
Speaking of Degenerative, the –MaxHP has been retooled to correctly apply to all possible targets. Against most enemies in the game, Degenerative will apply a fairly sizeable –MaxHP debuff. Against very high-health/strong targets, Degenerative will apply a fixed debuff of 150 hp per stack. This helps keep the ability on par with reactive when fighting targets like Hamidon Mitos, Reichsman, etc.
The Endurance Drain over Time component of Preemptive has been significantly increased. Preemptive has also gained a chance for a –Recovery debuff of slightly less magnitude than that of Gravitic Interface. This power should now be a very attractive option for builds with sapper-type powers, or for characters who want to help their teammates sap a target more easily.
The duration of the Immobilize and Confuse procs was erroneously being affected by Archetype modifiers for those effects, in many cases making them so short as to be useless. The duration of these effects should always be 4 seconds in PvE, and 2 seconds in PvP.
The proc chance of the status effects in Spectral and Cognitive branches was too low to be useful to a solo player, without really gating league power at all. We’re doubling the chance to confuse, and increasing the chance to immobilize by 2.5 times its current value.

The Degenerative -Max HP debuff will stack up to 4 times total, even from multiple casters. Its normal debuff is 2%, meaning no more than -8% for most targets.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

My Force Field / Fire Blast Defender has a Cardiac Core Paragon Alpha, Reactive Radial Flawless Interface, Pyronic Core Final Judgement, Rebirth Radial Epiphany Destiny, Warworks Core Superior Ally, and Vanguard Core Superior Ally. I still have three Very Rare salvage, seven Rare salvage, and a ton of common and uncommon salvage left over. I'm tempted to make one of the new Interface powers, but I can't decide which.
I did a lot of reading on the various Issue 21.5 beta threads, talked with some knowledgeable friends, and still can't decide on which new Interface to go with. Degenerative looks good, but there's a lot of mixed information about it out there. Some say it's largely useless.
Any ideas?
