Chain Induction with Procs
I'm pretty sure I recall seeing extra damage proc on other enemies after the first. Generally, all multi-target attacks proc once per individual target.
?This gets asked about once a week, the usual answer is that it checks on every jump.

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.
Every mutlti-target power (small exceptions for powers like Blind which has single and multi-target componets) check each target.
For examples like Blind, which takes hold and sleep sets, hold procs would only hit the target, the sleep on the aoe if the sleep procs.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
Does anyone know if procs work with Chain Induction's primary target only or do they have a chance to go off with every enemy it jumps to?
Who do I have to *&^% around here to get more Targeted AoE recipes added?
