Force Feedback, Chance for +Rech

Has anyone tested this? I have 3 attacks which I can either place a Force Feedback +Rech proc or a +DMG proc into them.

The set this is with is Super Strength -- Does the recharge benefit you more then having a 20% chance to deal minor psionic damage?

Information on the Proc:

As mentioned the +recharge doesn't stack. I don't recall if the suppression time has been changed, but here's a visual on the suppression time after the proc has fired.

Well, the recharge boost is 5 seconds long. So I believe each block of white and black represent 1 second, since the first green(boost) is 3 grey and 2 white blocks long.

I've heard a few people mention in global channels recently that they weren't seeing the suppression, but I can't vouch for anecdotal evidence.

Slot one in Foot Stomp, its much more valuable in the PBAoE than in single target attacks. It also will NOT stack nor will a new one over write an active buff in this case. Put damage procs in your single target attacks (if you want) and one of the damage procs in Burn.

Fairly sure the suppression is gone, the wiki entry lists it under "Historical" and the linked post talks about it being gone.

Also, City of Data doesn't show anything on the power that should cause it to suppress.

Hmm yeah that is confusing, so the suppression was added then removed?

Yes, the suppression has been removed. It did used to work as explained under the historical heading. The suppression was added, I believe in part, to help resolve an issue where the proc was firing EVERY time. They have since fixed this issue, and the suppression has been removed. However, the proc self suppresses (it will not fire if the buff is currently active on you) but no longer has a suppression period after the proc has expired.

As Thorizden said, pop one in footstomp, it is not worth putting the +rchg procs in your single target punches however.
