They have no plans for that that I know of.
you can run your whole group from blueside, but the base wouldnt be of any use to you nor could you earn any more prestige for your group
i say the best option is to A) just move everyone rogue or B) start over
i think a dev (posi i think) said they may consider the ability to transfer supergroups between servers, but i dont think ive heard anything about them being traded between factions or even made completely co op

im rather hoping they make plans for Co-oping bases, as current i really only use it for storage and portals

You're not going to be able to take your SG with you if you change to hero side. Your best bet is just to start a new hero SG and move your characters into it.
Just out of curiosity Ashannah, what server is this on? There are a number of abandoned SGs on both the Red and Blue sides on most servers, many with well-established bases, but only one or two active members. It is quite possible you may be able to find someone willing to welcome you and your compatriots with open arms, sharing (or outright handing over) leadership, and saving you the time of starting over from scratch.

Well the most awesome solution to it all would be if characters could have dual membership. One on redside when they are rogue and villain and one on blueside when they are vigilante and hero.
