All the Keyes changes look decent at first glance. Still not going to unseat BAF/Lambda as the grinder trials, though. Just takes too darn long.

Posted this over in the GUI big thread too, also here for easy reference.
This happens to me sometimes but I just reload my UI and it's all good. Can't promise it'll work for everyone but it's doing the job for me.
Setup: On a character with the UI set the way you like it, do /optionsave and /wdwsave. (You can also do /chatsave if you use multiple chat tabs, and /bindsave if you use custom binds).
Whenever you need to reset the UI, because of this bug or making a new toon or other reason: Do /optionload and /wdwload. (Optionally, /chatload and /bindload also.)

the only reason i dont use windowsave command is because the UI for most of my toons is organized slightly differently depending on the toon
i do use optionsave and chatsave all the time though lol

Also. Now that we've seen what has been featured by the paragon market the last few weeks, is it surprising that noone has ever heard of this game? Cosmetics will always be a big part of the game, but wouldn't it have made more sense to push the transformation powers and Halloween pieces in the weeks preceding Halloween rather than the weeks after?
Dunno. I guess the guy that stands outside the Paragon Studios building holding the advertising placard for CoX also doubles as the in-game advertising strategist.
