Diamagnetic vs Reactive for Fire/Fire Tank
Hi. No hardcore data but in my anecdotal experience I prefer reactive radial. The -resist + 75% dot is awesome. IMHO
The 60% regen debuff is I believe affected by AV resistance, so it works out to a trivially small amount. Reactive is stronger, and also remains useful against enemies of lower ranks that don't have such huge regen. If you want to avoid the stacking limitations of other team members with Reactive, you might be better off waiting for one of the new DoT Interfaces coming in i21.5.
-60% regen is practically nothing, reactive is always a better choice.
AV's resist that debuff by 87%. Moar damage.
Yeah gotta say, going reactive on my fire/fire (and omg did it make a HUGE difference on my plant/storm controller), is the better option. You'll put stuff down quicker and make more of an impact against an AV than Diamagentic will, and believe, i know. I tried them both (before the current bug with Diamagnetic)
Combat Kangaroos, Justice Server. First 50's

Hi all,
Would Diamagnetic Total Radial Conversion, which has 100% chance of 15% regen debuff that stacks up to four times, produce better kill speed than Reactive Total Radial Conversion which has 75% chance for fire DoT?
For hard to kill EB's and AV's you could keep a constant 60% regen debuff on them using Diamagnetic.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks all.
