Why do temp power recipes drop in trials?

Because you can use them else-where outside of the trial. You can't use threads in the trial (or at least can't switch to anything you use them for while in a trial) but they still drop. Would anyone really stop in the middle of a trial and craft a recipe of any kind or rearrange your enhancements anyways, but all of those still drop.
In other news: salvage drops in places without crafting tables, film at 11.
