When someone complains about a site not loading, if I can't reach it I use this site to check if it's something in our network filters or if it's really down. Only twice has it been a filter issue. And both times it took several days for them to find out what was causing it to be filtered.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
