I'm sure that this list won't be exhaustive, but here's some things you will lose:
1) A lot of character slots. You'll only be able to unlock 2+whatever slots you've paid to unlock/vet reward unlocks.
2) SSAs, as you mentioned
3) Time Manipulation will become locked, as will any characters you've created with it. As will any other new free sets.
4) Any Incarnate abilities you have and the ability to participate in the Incarnate System

That sounds pretty good, actually. No TM characters created yet, and in 6 years of playing CoH I've yet to get a single character up to 50 thanks to my short attention span, so it's not like I'll be missing out on the Incarnate stuff. Worst case I'll spend a little money to open up some of my old characters.

Adding to the list
5) 550 Paragon Points a month
6) 1 Paragon Reward Merit per month
7) The rotating Tier 9 VIP rewards upon which to use the above. They are going to be talking about the reward coming after the Celestial set at the Player's Summit. I know I will have three reward tokens waiting to get them when they rotate.

When my subscription runs out next year I will have been Tier 9 for a couple of months. Currently I don't intend on renewing. Other than Signature Arcs, what will I lose access to once my subscription shuts down? Incarnate Trials? Mission Architect? Invention Enhancements? Some things I hear you get from being high enough on the Tiers, so I'm not sure exactly what I stand to lose.
