Growth. Still impossible?

I and others have asked about a growth or growth/ shrinking
Set. In the past. Years ago both castle and bab said not possible
Just checking to see if still the case. Been alot of changes
In the past years.

I especially ask since they used to say we were limited
Due to size of models. And another reason was oh it would
Take up too much space and bother others.

I got the idea to ask again since I fought a bunch of pcu
The other day what are they 15 feet then a friend summoned one
With a power and had it tagging along with us on mish

This idea still dead or possible as a power set?

I don't know if it's impossible, but I do know if it was possible i would require more work to implement than 5 other new sets combined.

If you want it for concept, there is a work-around.

It is possible to change body size and types in the costume creator, so you could make your costume slots the same costume but with different body sizes and types and use costume change macros to implement your growth powers. You are still limited to a 8 foot tall huge model, but anything bigger than that would be physically unable to move in some maps. Circle and CoT caves at least.

I use that work around on more than one too

Summoned a pcu and it got around but clipped. Not sure I would
Want to be that clipped on a toon but just saying if was
Impossible to go through that shouldn't work

I think it would go great along with titanic weapons

Personally, I'd love the smaller change of just getting the sliders to go a little bit farther. 9 or 10 feet tall and another 6-inches shorter.

But then I'll just end up sad that I'll never get my huge female body to go with it. Sadness. Much sadness.

Still I would like a powerset

More or less the game as it stands can't support it. Things get funny with targeting and animations when things get too big or too small.

I do wish they would give it a revisit, but we could never get a 50' character stomping around the streets of Paragon, and certainly not in indoor missions.

I would pay 6000 Paragon Points for a growth powerset. Yes, 6000. Make it happen.

At least the ability to be a few inches taller than BaB/Marauder and shorter than 3 feet. I'd really like to roll a 2 ft tall Dewdrop Fairy with Titan Weapons as a tribute to Toot Toot from the Dresden Files, but 3 feet is just too tall.
