Does the character you were on have permission to pay the Super Group Rent? Not all ranks are given that permission, and if you are usually on a higher ranked character, might not have realized that there is a difference.
Also, are you on a VIP account or a F2P/Premium account?
F2P/Premium accounts can't currently pay rent.

And you are sure you haven't been demoted? You didn't really answer my question. Because other than being demoted or kicked, I can't think of a reason you wouldn't be able to pay your rent. And if you weren't up to date on patches you wouldn't be able to get into the game at all.
There is that occasional bug that doesn't let you pay the upkeep, the registrar thinks you're all paid up and won't let you pay.
Was that bug ever fixed?
If its the same bug you can either petition it or wait for the server maintenance.

I was able to log on this morning to check on promotions.... for some reason the leader switched to the toon I've had the longest. The funny thing is I'm a one-person SG and I have maybe 8 toons in the SG, so nobody else could have demoted my guy. Crazy
anyways, thanks for the idea to look for that issue.

Also it is a good idea to change permissions so that every rank can pay upkeep. It's not really something that can be exploited anyway.

Hello all,
I just downloaded CoH on a new computer, but now I cant pay my SGs prestige, which is a bit past due. When I go to the SG registration in AP I can either transfer my own influence to purchase SG prestige, see all of the registered SGs or leave.
Did I miss a download or something? BTW I can enter my SG, if that matters.
