Help, not getting AE tickets

Seriously? No replies? No help?
I haven't the slighest clue about your problem, all I know is a friend of mine reported a problem that sounds similar the other day (he was getting half as much tickets as his buddy). Both were level 50 and all.
I don't think he's getting the problem on other characters, because as he farms AE a few times a week I would most likely have heard about it if he got the problem everywhere... So perhaps this is a bug tied to a specific character? Perhaps you could try other characters, if you haven't done so yet.
Unfortunately this happens on all my toons. Doesn't matter their level or class.
This is sad and pathetic. No replies from any name in red. Even my emails to the developers go unanswered. The customer service of this game has definitely gone down hil at a rapid pace. Sad to think I pay for this game monthly and they don't give a crap.

Now, as to the lower ticket amounts. Do you play exclusively support classes or do you play damage dealing classes some times? If you have a duo playing and one is doing the great majority of the damage while the second one is mainly buffing/debuffing then the support character will wind up with less tickets.

Are you still VIP and if not are you at least Tier 4 of the Paragon Rewards?

To answer both posts above,
Yes I am a Teir 9 VIP player
I play all classes, in mnost cases I play the damage and my sife plays the healer. I have also run as the healer to her damage. We have also both run damage. In all cases it is the same, she gets max tickets and I get half of what she gets.
Just to consolidate, and verify your statements:
- You both switch up leadership (neither is always the leader)
- You both switch up "dominate" character (neither is strictly support for the other)
- You are currently a VIP player
- And you consistently get less tickets than your wife
Is that correct?
Does she look better than you? :-P (Sorry, I do not have anything to help. But hopefully consolidating the list will keep the conversation moving smoothly.)

I'll admit this is very strange. If you are getting half tickets it's almost like you are level pacted only for tickets instead of exp.

Also which Alignments are they when half tickets happening, is there maybe a reckognizeable pattern?

They are all heroes. None are level packed. Some were made before I21. I tested something yesterday, I ran with one of our friends and the same result. He got max tickets and I got half of what he did. We did the same mix up too, meaning rotating as leader, both lvl50 and ran different missions.

This issue I am having has been going on for quite a while, long before yesterdays nerf of AE ambushes.
Here is what is happening
My wife and I play AE missions together to get tickets so we can craft our recipes. Everytime we run we use our tickets so we start from scratch. We both have the AE badge and we also rotate back and forth between us so we both are leader with alternating missions. At the end of the run my wife has the max (1500) tickets and I have at best 750 (this is on a good run, I average 580 per run). This includes the mission complete reward. We have run this way now for 2 months. I can't tell you how many missions that is but it is way more than 50 missions. In every case my wife maxes her ticket reward and I never get the max reward. We have also run with full groups and with only the two of us with no change in the amount of tickets I get except for fewer rewards when grouped with a larger group. The only way I can get max tickets is if I solo the AE missions and since I play the game with my wife soloing is no an option I enjoy. I have petitioned this with no answer given back. I have bugged this. Hell I've even sent an email to one of the developers and not even gotten a "leave me alone" responce from them.
My basic question is and has always been, Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I haven't chosen that is nurfing my rewards? Or am I cursed with having one of those "unlucky" account that is slipping through the code. If it is the latter of the two then why is my account flagged like this and how do I get it fixed?
