Yes, i have it on a brute and every so often ill see something like "64" in greed float over my head like i was healed when im solo and sitting in base thinking what to do to it!

What if this was slotted in Rise to the Challenge?
Does it only have the chance to activate when you toggle it on...or does it have the chance every tick?

I'm not sure about the "chance for" procs but...i once slotted one of the +regen IO's from one of the healing sets (don't remember which set off-hand) into RttC, and noticed that it only kicked in while it was toggled on and had mobs in range of the powers effect.

I have never personally tested it, but I have heard that the Panacea proc will fire on enemies instead of you if you slot it into RttC.

I'm sorry if this exact question has been asked...I searched and found a bunch of threads for selling and buying this Proc.
Does this Proc really work in the same way that Performance Shifter Chance for +End works if it were slotted in an auto power such as Fast Healing or Physical Perfection?
Do I really have a 20% chance to heal and get endurance every 10 seconds?
