Access to SSA's from Praetoria

This will be a super easy question, but if you check my post count (third post), I am fresh off the bus from Newplayeronia.

(Actually I played in Year One, but I have forgotten more than I remember)

Back in the day there was no alternate universe. Right now I'm playing with new archetypes and stuff, but before I settle on any one character to play for awhile.. I want to make sure I can get to the SSA's. Can you do that from Praetoria? Or is that just for Paragon City characters?

Thanks in advance!

The (current) contacts are in Paragon City/Rogue Isles, so no, if you cannot leave Praetoria, you cannot do the SSAs.

Yeah you cannot access them from Praetoria until you hit Level 20 and move to 'Primal Earth', ie the main game.

However, it should be noted that the levels for the SSAs right now are 10-20 for SSA1.1 and 20-30 for SSA1.2, so you won't miss much taking a character through praetoria, when you hit primal earth you can go do both in one go.

Sort of both. Who Will Die? starts at level 20, which is the level at which your Praetorian characters should be moving on to Primal Earth anyway.

With First Ward, that's not necessarily true.

Also, the first WWD starts at level 10, not 20.

The first SSA can be started at level 10, if you are above level 20 you'll get exempted down to level 20.

This. The SSAs use the TF mechanic so even if you level past them you can still run them easily.

Depending on your AT too it's not a bad idea to start it later than earlier. My ill/rad controller had a rough time at 14. Once I hit 18 (and phantom army) I steamrolled through it.
