This has happened to me a few times recently, too.

When this happen to me it was because my firewall wasn't letting the game talk to the login server (it was right after a patch). Giving the Firewall my OK fixed the problem for me.

Ok minor update. On my mac I can login just fine as I said before but on the bootcamp side the log in screen is just jacked up. Its way too big like it was meant for another resolution or its a piece of like 4 monitors. I can enter the password by tabbing to that point but when I get to the eula page its so cut off I cant move the mouse to click accept. Crazy thing is everything was just fine yesterday. Not sure if that helps.

Now its letting me log in on my pc's just fine. This is really weird. Screen still too huge to login on boot camp side

I was in and playing fine last night. This morning I go to log in and it says, " You must fill out the account and password fields to log in to your account!". Account name is prefield thanks to the save option. Password is the same as it was last night and the last 3 years ... whats the problem?
If its broke, don't fix it... I like the chaos!
