There have been little tidbits here and there from leaks on youtube and websites. Most disappeared pretty quickly. Some of the power information is in the game that people have found using the [power] bracket thing. There have been threads that show some of these and have put together what information we've gotten so far. The devs of course have been relatively tight lipped. There have been small tidbits mentioned in some of the Ustream sessions. It's out there.

Hrm, interesting. Still wishing we knew more. I watched part of the Ustream from yesterday and he mentioned something about "Intrepid Informer" having made allusions to new powersets, so I went through all those again and couldn't dig anything up. I thought maybe someone found screenshots or blog entries or some such to give us better information on what to expect.
So I've heard Titan Weapons (whatever THAT is supposed to be, Anime-style weaponry set?), Staff Fighting and Street Justice. Any others I may have missed being stumbled upon?
Chances are if you just read the dev and community digests, you won't miss much of anything.

Titan Weapons is said to have its own unique mechanic, where your attacks build up "speed" with successive strikes (imagine swinging a large object... you don't want it to stop unless its embedded itself deep inside the target's skull!), resulting, I believe, increased damage (kinda like Fury sans the being attacked aspect, or Domination bar with faster degradation).
Staff Fighting has been found to have stances, which appears somewhat akin to Dual Pistol's Swap Ammo ability, although with a bit more variety in the effects.
