Incarnate question. (Lore)
Quote:
Well, Marcus Cole and Stephen Richter used the Well to help cure Marcus of his Mustard Gas poisoning.
I have a character whom is rather old and is just a normal human. I was thinking of either having the well stop his aging, or even reverse it and make him younger again. I also had the idea of him getting cancer and getting the powers of the well to combat it.
Problem is, I just don't really know all that much about the well beyond it giving great powers to those who have it. Is it just open to interpretation, or is there some kind of rules here? |
Plus, who's to say that in the CoH-verse, the Fountain of Youth wasn't another aspect of the Well?
So I think you're well within the lore for something like that.
Though I do wonder, if the Well suddenly withdrew all of it's support from Statesman, would he suddenlt be dying from Mustard Gas poisoning again?

It'll probably give you tentacles or something.
That's just the way the Well rolls: Congratulations, you have eternal youth, but you'll now be known as Tentacleface.
the well is pretty open to interpretation right now. the only constant that seems to be with it is that it tends to lend its power to individuals who show a will to grow stronger. even whether its conscious or just "directed" by some force or individual is currently unknown, so go nuts with it, and if future info counters that..ignore it, like many of us do with the origin of power storyline.
