I'm not sure if Jounin has -def from their attacks? Tomax gives wrong numbers (each power should give a def buff instead of a debuff), so i'm not really sure.
Thats pretty much the only one, the kockback change to smashing damage only procs on 1 power from Genin and 2 powers from Jounin, imho not worth it.

I'm speccing out a new Ninja/Time MM myself, and looking at using the +Defense Aura and +Build Up (purple) procs in Genin ... the +Resistance Aura and Achilles' Heel -Resist in Jounin ... and not really sure what the heck I'm going to do for Oni, since I'll basically be out of Procs to give at that point.

Must say my Necro still is the best set for IO's and procs, as the extrac essence can hold all the aura IO's.

I go Achilles & Lady Grey in Jounin, Edict +def & Explosive Strike in Genin (only affects one of their attacks, but meh), and Soulbound +buildup & Sovereign +res in Oni.
what should i slot in my ninjas. i like how mercs can use Achilles proc. i went /time and im just looking for something to boost dmg and help teammates too
