That mission is also given by a contact in Atlas (Tony Cord) and another one in King's Row (Paula Dempsey). They are all Technology origin contacts but that shouldn't prevent you from doing their missions. Just look for them in the Ouroboros list.

Oh, I know. It's Tony Kord that I usually get the mission from in regular play.
What I was saying is, that when clicking on the aspect of the pillar in Ouro, and select that mission, Maurice Feldon is the /only/ contact available, and since he was/is in Galaxy City, you wont get sent there, anymore.
I can verify that it is not giving out that mission in Ouro anymore. You go through the steps like normal, but when you click on Accept Current Challenge Settings, you get a pop-up that reads I am unable to fulfill that request.
In your chat window, you get the message You cannot add that contact.
I /bugged it, in case it hadn't been already.
I find your lack of signature disturbing.

..seems to not be attainable, currently.
I never paid too much attention to which contact the Pillar sent you to, for the 'defeat all clockwork and skulls' mission, so it may have always been Maurice Feldon.
The issue now is, that with Maurice being a Galaxy City contact, when I try to get the mission, the Pillar pulls a HAL and basically tells me 'sorry Dave, can't let you do that'
