Demons/Time
Recharge will help your time powers and hell on earth. Other than that you can try to push for softcap for your pets, yourself, or both. Not a whole lot is really "necessary."

Push for more defense and resistance and healing.
Time Manipulation is pretty easy to get most things perma, on multiple targets even, with just SO slotting, so recharge isn't that necessary.
You will notice with Time Manipulation that it is an active set and depends on debuffs to enemies more than anything else really. It's missing the defense and resistance that will help keep pets alive, and yourself. Time does have pretty good heals, but you need to slot them well to make them as good as you can. Time needs the heals, at least for a mastermind's pets.
So yeah, focus on defense, resistance and healing. You've got plenty of debuffs and enough recharge.

Any suggestions on what to target in a build? First Mastermind and from my understanding recharge bonuses don't apply to Pets. But, would it make sense to try and push for as much Rech as possible to get all of Time's buffs up more often?
Other tpes of sets I should target instead?
