Aspect of the Pillar won't give missions to level 14 players.

I've verified that at least one other player is experiencing this same issue.

AFAIK, Working As Intended. Having access to Ouro at lvl 14 is meant to deliver an alternate method of travel and a social zone, but using the Flashback system is still restricted to lvl 25+

I flashed back to level 7 on my level 18 Fire/Fire Brute to do the Atlas arc I missed.

The first category of missions goes 1-14, right? Maybe you have to be 15+ to access it, as you can't do story arcs in the 'bracket' you're in until you hit 50.

I believe Zortel is correct. Since 14 is still within the first level range, you can't access those missions. You can't access higher missions since you haven't reached the correct level for them.

As stated by Zortel, since a level 18 can do lower level arcs, and I've seen reports by many others that were under 25 that ran flashbacks, I don't think Obsidius' statement is correct.

I gather that The Pilgrim still won't talk to you until Level 25 as that is what his content level is set to, but you don't have to talk to him to access the flashback arcs.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

And this is still idiotic. I'm supposed to believe that my character can spend 11 levels screwing around in Ouroboros before he even knows what it is? (Yes, you didn't have to run the intro arc in order to Flashback pre-I21, but it was still open and available.)

I'm not saying it's not idiotic. Just merely presenting the information as it stands now.
