For Champion players with Exalted alts
LOL I got on to Exalted and instantly missed my SG on Champion...so I thought I would recreate it. Now, me, being a virtual newbie, Had no clue what all goes into making an SG. I quickly discovered that I have neither the time nor desire to work on building one. Now I just want to delete it and join another...but that will have to wait until I decide whether or not I will be playing on Exalted. MY short time there sorta soured me because there were just too many people. Like I stated in another post...Atlas 9? Really? LOL

But I have come to realize that Champion is the place I go when I want to solo....because the chances of teaming are not that great.
But the opening of Exalted DID convince me to try out a couple of other servers. Freedom and Virtue, to be exact. It did not take me long to decide Freedom is not the place for me.....
So now, when I really want to team, I go to Virtue. When teaming is not an issue, then you bet I am on Champion
One thing I hope with this new F2P is that Champion will attract more people....thus raising the opportunity for teaming

May I ask how you are going about finding teams? There are lots of teams running on Champion. So if you enjoy the server, it seems like a waste if you are not experiencing them.

I know there are several channels...But which one? Quite frankly, I had removed most of the channels from my chat area (constant unrelated chatter kept getting in the way of game content LOL - one of the reasons I usually end up turning off the Help Channel....constant unrelated chatter)...until I recently learned out to add a new window and undock it from the main chat area so it wouldn't block my view.
LOL Broadcast lft, mostly. Or Global friends...and most request that don't involve AE

BMT of Champion and Champions United are probably our most active global channels. Unfortunately all channels these days will have some degree of unrelated chatter. However, it sounds like you could benefit from reorganizing your chat. If you find there is too much chatter in one window, make use of the spare windows, or customize your chat tabs. For example, I have different channels on different tabs. This allows me to tune in and tune out as needed without removing channels entirely.
Apologies if you've already done this, since it sounds like you have experimented a bit with the chat windows. I just wanted to stress that there are tons of teams and TFs/SFs that form up on a daily basis on Champion and global channels are hands down the best way to get involved.

Some of that I have tried, but only recently the others I will try.
One thing I have noticed is that I have had to "turn off" the help in the main tab. Thanks to the fact that F2P, and the addition of those that can't send tells, it has turned into a general chat channel as well,
I generally don't have problems finding teams. I don't actively look for them, either. Granted, sub-level 50 teams are less common than 50s.
I tend to leave my comment with "usually lft, pst" or something, and usually I will get a handful of tells. It may be my membership in channels, though, I don't know. Ask Amy, she often sends me tells asking if I'd care to join her, (to which I am often afk when it's sent... sorry and thanks, Amy!)
Thank you, Champion.

We've been getting the TF's/SF's/Trials and iTrials rolling on BMT of Exalted and Exalted Events. Both are open channels so type /chanjoin and either channel's name. There are also other global channels like VIP and EXALTED-UNITED. There is also a Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/172581702825009/

I have an Exalted Champion SG set up. Tons of room for more members. If anyone's got an alt on Exalted that needs an SG home, send me global tell to @witty librarian and we'll coordinate an SG invite. Danke.
