Kat/DA Scrapper question.
With out further details, I'd suggest you keep Hasten.
The real question is, what would you take instead? Depending on the rest of your build, if you can make a valid argument for another power over Hasten, then take it. Off hand, I can't imagine what that choice could be though.
I opted against Hasten on my BS/DA.
My goal was positional soft-cap on that character, so there were powers I needed to achieve that goal.
Also, the lack of Hasten means my endurance won't be taking quite as much of a hit while fighting. Not just from the endurance crash, but when you're attacking faster you burn more end from your attacks. Since my build can solo AVs without Hasten I saw no reason to take it.
Like Desmodos said, without seeing your build I can't really give any solid advice, I'm just giving another viewpoint.

I realize its not the exact same build or anything, but I dont have Hasten on my Kat/WP scrap, and she does quite well. Maybe even my fastest build for doing solo missions-tips ect, ect.. And, being casual like you are and not AE farming I wouldnt think it would make that much of a difference in your overall enjoyment or advancement of the game.
I skipped Hasten on my Kat/DA and instead slotted for a bit of recharge so I could get a good attack groove on. I am not softcapped but close enough that I can stand toe to toe with a lot of things. Truthfully being close to the cap means I can wait an extra moment for a particular power to recharge if I want to finish someone off with a bit of flair and style.
lets see if you have %110 recharge with hasten than without it you should have %30 global recharge without ench in individual powers. I think its too low even with an attack chain with DA (divine avalanche) if it was any other set but with dark armor you may have DR and OG integrated to your attack chain
If you also have at least one attack from your epic (preferably not a slow recharge one) it means you have 7 attacks (2 attacks depending on mobs GD, OG, DR, DA and your epic) you circulate depending on your enemies
SD and GC included if you are attacking a solo or less than 5 enemies, FS and LD included if you are surrounded. Also GC and FS are good fillers along with DA providing both a filler and defense up so not taking hasten is not a loss in your situation if you already have enough variety of attacks.
I'm not a rich player, I'm very casual, only a few hours per week, so I don't have the influence to really pimp my toon out but I have a question. I have a Kat/DA scrap that eats endurance like a fat kid in a candy factory. So i've gone the cardiac alpha route, which is sensible. My question is whether I should even bother getting hasten. With my current build (No purps and never will) her recharge will only be around 110%(This is including hasten) which still leaves like a 20 second gap between hastens. Should I even bother with hasten and use the slots for another power and just rely on whatever recharge bonuses I can get with IO sets or when I get Destiny just get the Tier 3/4 Ageless to use as my recharge buff?
I'd post my current build but I'm not at home.
Any builds that you would post that are not too expensive or any advice would be greatly appreciated by you folks.
I thank you and so will Dark Clover.
