Confirmed. The power names can be called on Live with []-notation. There's a thread somewhere around with screenshots of the real numbers.
I also doubt the mods would have worked so hard to shut down any threads discussing it if it were fake.

Positron, when asked about 'Staff Fighting' during the recent UStream broadcast, has reported that he knows of no fighting going on among the staff at Paragon.
(notice his clever avoidance of answering the question, effectively confirming the existence of the set)

It appears to be a set in development. Not released and probably not released for a few months. but hey the devs could surprise me and give me an early birthday present. Though I'm expecting street justice as my birthday present.

Reading between the lines when the devs are asked about staff fighting is that it's real, and they're working on it, but for some reason (I suspect marketing), they aren't allowed to talk about it.
They would probably appreciate it if we stopped asking them about it until they officially say they're working on it. Which is, I hope, soon.
It's been a little over a month, (I think) since a video was found about a whispered Staff Melee set. Naturally and rightfully so the video was taken down and most posts about it. Weeks go on and here I am reading the ocasional post about what may come a little after I21 launches; and Lord behold I found several posts about the Staff Melee in multiple threads. However, I never did find a confirmation.
So the Question: Was the set/video ever confirmed to be true? False? Or just still another mystery...
