Electric/Time slotting?
Assuming you have ninja run and/or rocket board, I'd go something like this
1 : Tesla Cage (Acc, Dmg, Dmg, Hold, Hold, Rechrg)
1 : Time Crawl(Acc)
2 : Chain Fences(Acc, Acc)
4 : Time's Juncture(EndRdx)
6 : Electric Fence(Acc, Dmg, Dmg, Dmg, Rechrg)
8 : Conductive Aura(Acc, EndMod, EndMod, EndMod)
10 : Jolting Chain(Acc)
12 : Static Field(Acc, Rechrg, Rechrg)
14 : Temporal Mending(Heal)
16 : Distortion Field(Rechrg, Rechrg)
18 : Temporal Selection(Rechrg)
20 : Time Stop(Acc, Hold, Rechrg)
22 : Hasten(Rechrg)
Stamina(EndMod, EndMod, EndMod)
I'd like to bump this one. Does anyone have any kind of a finished product Elec Controller they can sahre a build on? I'm finding Elec to be fairly unique, at least compared to the other primaries I have any experience with ( Ill and Fire) and I'd love some advice on slotting and play style. Not trying to hyjack the post, just hoping for a little input for the later levels.

I'll bump this as well. My Elec/Time is only L10, but she's already one of the safest toons I have ever played non-Stalker. Toggle up both PBAoEs, gather a group, hit AOE Immob the the Jolting Chain. Very low damage, but very high survivability.
Once Mids is updated with i21 stuffs, will be working on this ASAP.
That was mainly the thing... Elec/Time are both two unique playstyles, so together there are a few questions.
Like... Is it even worth slotting /Time's powers with Slow enhancements? That just slows movement speed, not their recharge speed, right?
Just seems weird.

As for elec/time, it's drawn my interest for the variety of mitigation it offers. Controls, slows, end drain, and a nice combination of def/-tohit. Quite a good grab bag in my opinion.
It was a lot of fun through 22 levels. Safest I've been through the first 22 I think. A friend and I, both on Elec/Time, pretty much duo'd parts of a Posi TF... There were two other guys there, but they were afk/slower/not as impatient as us.
Granted, it still took awhile... using the mass immob and Brawl for your damage is just kind of sad. That's why I've been trying to figure out if Spring Attack benefits from Containment all day.

It probably doesn't help much, but according to City of Data, other pool powers including Boxing and Flurry do benefit from containment. So I would assume that Spring Attack should benefit from containment as well though that assumption is untested.
I know Air Superiority always has; the AoE of Spring Attack is what gives me pause.

I just tried it ingame and noticed two things. There doesn't appear to be an extra tick of damage for containment. Additionally, the damage and tohit rolls are reported in the pet damage channel. Spring Attack is likely using a psuedo-pet like Lightning Rod does, which is why LR doesn't break a stalker's hide, and likely doesn't benefit from containment.

Big game you say? That sounds good to me... basically, everything thats been said about. Lots of control/mitigation and very little dmg. Kind of like Earth I hear. Are there some strategies to maximize what little dps is coming out of the toon? Or, how do you go about this "big game" hunting?

Holy crap... I honestly wouldn't have figured Elec to be capable of that. Honestly, I think the secondary choice you made, and Epics too, made that possible. Truly impressive and believe I'll be taking notes, lol. I don't know if I can picture Time being as useful as Cold is here, but I bet it can be made to work, on "smaller game". Of course, I was wrong about Elec having that kind of promise, so who knows! Again thanks for the info Boomie. I felt like a rube for not seeing you link in the earlier posts too, lol
Ok you have almost convinced me to reroll my grav/time to an elec/time. I really enjoy the utility that is elec/ but for some reason grav/ just screams to be paired with /time to me. I really need to do research on /time but ironically I just haven't had the time to look up the numbers on it.

I've been enjoying elec/time, but I feel it's about to hit that 20ish bump like I did with my elec/rad and elec/cold. Maybe it's because moving into melee starts to get a little more difficult at that point or maybe it's due to the mezzes that start flying around and having to retoggle.
I really want to get an electric to 50 and have a complete set of control primaries again.
Slotting recharge and some end mod into static field helps alot. Open with that and run in with conductive aura running(slotted with acc and end mod) will drain everything fairly quickly will neuter whole spawns quick enough to help reduce the chances of you getting mezzed. I still use that tactic when I run my elec/cold when I mal down. With plenty of global recharge I can have 3 patches out at once. Pick out the mezzers and take them out first.
I'm going to look at /time pretty hard when I get home and see how it stacks against /cold.

After not feeling my Beam/Time Corruptor... I'm seriously considering an Elec/Time Controller now. Even Grav/Time sounds like a blast. Lol.
I know what you mean about it feeling like they should go together. Saying you have control over Space & Time is kind of a bad *** thing. I myself am looking on how to utilize /Time for big game. It definitely has some nice utilities in it. It just needs the right set to compliment it. Trying to decide between the two is hard. Might play both to 20-25 to see how I like them at that point.
Electric/Time, Fire/Time, and Cold/Time all have synnergy for liking to be in melee, and Illusion/Time has good synergy for completely different reasons(Time is one of only two sets with a +recharge, -res, and -def). Gravity/Time works as well as any combo, but the sets don't have any paticularly notable synergy(Which is odd actually considering how thematic they are).
Well I ended up deleting my grav/time and making a elec/time. I think I'll remake the grav/time sometime or another. I'm going to make a build similar to my elec/cold and see which does better versus big game.

Also, here is my suggested SO slotting for time powers. Take it for what you will(Quick note, I go endrdx heavy as time is an end heavy set, elec may be able to drop a few of them). If the power has 0-anything in a slot it means I don't think the enhancement is neccesary, but if you have extra slots go ahead.
Time Crawl: 1 Acc, 1 Endrdx, 0-2 Recharge
Temporal Mending: 1 EndRdx, 2-3 Heal, 2 Rehcharge
Time's Juncture: 1-2 EndRdx, 0-3 To-Hit Debuff
Temporal Selection: 1-3 Recharge, 0-3 Heal
Distortion Field: 1 EndRdx, 1-2 Recharge, 0-1 Slow
Time Stop: 1 Acc, 1 EndRdx, 1-2 Hold, 1-2 Recharge
Farsight: 3 Recharge, 0-3 Def Buff
Slowed Response: 1 Acc, 3 Recharge, 0-2 Def Debuff
Chrono Shift: 3 Recharge, 3 EndMod
Well, I've gotten my toon to LvL 26 and he's still doing little dps but he's a machine for control. I'm wondering about how to up the End Drain capabilities and dps. At what level do we get the Gremlins? Is that LvL 28? 32?

Cool, got it and thanks. I didn't initially realize that Elec had a confusion power in the set. VERY helpful. I'll put those end drain improvement tips to work asap. I love that, lol. Gremlins at 32... can't come soon enough.
