i had no problems running any of the new arcs through flashback (hero and villain)
the only thing that annoyed me was the arcs that had 1-2 prerequisite arcs in order to get the arc with the badge
This seems to be the only one I am unabel to access. I cannot click on it to open a window. Now, I am a villain currently, if this is a heroic arc, it is showing in Villain Ouroborus then.

i can confirm that it is indeed a villain arc
as to why its giving you the error, i have no idea since i ran all of these like 2 days ago and had no problems
Try scrolling down so the arc's name is halfway scrolled out of the frame, then clicking it. That's what I had to do to select it.
UPDATE TO ISSUE:
Functionality returns if you scroll the window down so that the mission is at the very top of the screen, with nothing above it showing.

Yup had the same issue I posted here, and it wasn't anything to do with prerequisites, the missions just wouldn't even hilight on mouse over. Funnily enough I didn't have the problem last night though

Okay the problem is still there for me, but this time it took me ages to scroll around to finally get the mission I wanted to highlight and become selectable. Scrolling the list so that the mission I wanted was the topmost thing didn't worth either.
It seems to be the top 1 or 2 missions in every level range submenu that start causing the problems

I experienced this problem as well, and the work around [scroll down, then up] worked for me.
Also /bugged it for good measure

Reproduction: 10 out of 10
Summary: The level 1-15 Ouroborus Arc "Hearts of Darkness - Rogue's Challenge" is not selectable.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Progress to level 50.
2. Proceed to Ouroborus.
3. Have character travel to Aspect of the Pillar.
4. Click on Aspect to open window.
5. Select level 1-15 content.
6. Attempt to click top most mission arc.
Results: The mission arc mentioned in the Summary is non selectable.
Expected results: All mission arcs should be selectable, or give reason as to why they are not selectable.
Notes: This issue started with the launch of I21, other NEW arcs in this release work as intended. No others seem affected, will submit separate tickets if they occur.
