Fog of War bug has come back again *hoorb*

I noticed that when I pull up the options on the map, some of the items I have always highlighted were unticked. (I ticke everything but 'names'.) This problem is not on every toon, but quite a few. It is annoying to have to keep resetting.

I've had it happen on old and new characters. I switch from one to another then back, and the map is not in the "uncovered" state I left it in. The one case I can think of specifically for this case is First Ward map on a praetorian I had made prior to Freedom release. Another case is a level 50 I ran this weekend on a Mothership Raid. The entire RWZ was covered, that was really annoying. I do have most maps pretty much memorized, so it isn't much of a hindrance, but very aggravating. I've also had characters get the unfogged maps from other characters.

The thing that bugs me the most however is having to re-click all the map options. I have all options checked except names on every character. I don't know if they're related problems, but thought I'd throw that one in there.

I actually don't mind having FoW on maps, it helps me while badge hunting.

Has anyone seen or heard anything official about any of the map problems, especially the FoW problem on zone maps. The others I can deal with, but the FoW bug is becoming rather tiresome.

Ya I've had the same or similar thing occur with the fog of war mapping & map options becoming unchecked. It's either the whole map is covered completely on toons where I KNOW that I've used the reveal power, or it's partially uncovered showing the paths that another of my toons has taken when it should be comletely cleared.

This has occured with Gae'Atha on Guardian & considering that toon dates back to almost issue 5 & I darn well know I cleared all the maps H side (most were done the tedious old fassioned way well before the Reveal power was a Vet reward) it had certainly left me scratching my head. It was particularly obvious when I had been on on of my new toons & then switched to her late last week, cause the cleared parts of the FoW where what the toon I had been on just before had done.

For me this started happening after I21 went live.

My newly created characters on the VIP server have somebody else's fog-of-war maps. My old characters on Champion have had their fog-of-wars reset to all black.

I assumed it was flip-flopping the maps of my own characters, but I dunno
