auras, no longer earned via mission only purchased?

The option to buy them is just to unlock them for use from 1-29.
The option to wait til level 30 and earn them should still be there. Have you spoken to the new cape contact?

who is the new cape contact? it's no longer kalinda?
Good question. I'm not sure. More than likely it would be the intial contact you get sent to out of the tutorial. Maybe the fancy Find Contact feature would point you to them?

Kalinda is no longer a starting contact, so she's no longer there to give you the cape/aura missions, hence why you lost the mission. You just need to talk to the new cape/aura contact and take care of it.

The new contact for villains is a goldbricker and you get a prompt from him as an introduction upon reaching the level at which capes/aura missions are accessible. Check your contact listing for more info.

I think his name is Mr Rodney. However, the easy way to find him is to go to Lawrence Langston's mansion in Cap au Diable (the building in the New Haven area with the hedge maze on the front lawn) and he's out front.

He didn't show up in my contacts lists, any of them.
But he should be found under the new "Find Contact" button near the top of your contacts lists.
I'd suggest getting used to this button, it should be quite helpful in the future. ;-)
Was almost finished with my aura's missions from kalinda and after update, the mission was wiped from my missions.
Am i now to understand that my only option is the buy auras and that i lost my chance to "earn" them?
If so i'm really dissapointed.
