About 30 min for download, maybe 5 or so to apply. (On 8meg cable.)
3 hours to d/l on...roughly 250kb/s DSL, less than 10 to apply.
It's taking a long time for me as well. I am at 57 percent currently. Hopefully it will be done soon. Id like to see things before I head off to work.
I wasn't actively watching it, just left it running yesterday while waiting on the forums to come back online. Think it took me roughly 2 hours all said and done.

If you have the latest beta client installed you can copy the PIGGS folder to the main copies folder then run the repair utility and it will take maybe all of 10 minutes. That is what I did last night at home and it worked perfectly.
