Should it ever become customisable I'd like to put forward the suggestion of a very large bomb ridden Major Kong style.

Existing skulk animation + faster movement time = speed skating.

Want me some roller skates.

Some folks just don't like turning on lots of toggles every now and again, preferring to leave them on all the time.

If we do get broomsticks I want a Firebolt, not one of those third rate Cleansweep Ones

Heh... so basically the trend for this game that I have noticed is established in plain text here. Fixing old stuff is a pain so adding new stuff is the new trend.
Fine.
Then if we as the community can come up with requests (or modify existing ones) in a way that minimizes the amount of effort required by the dev team does that mean we can have it?
Then my never dieing request for a Super Bike is thus:
- suppress powers like walk
- strongly reduces or completely suppresses jump (yes this is necessary i think and if you aren't lazy just about everything can be reached without jumping)
- fixed emote for the lower torso like hover board making the power just a re-skinned super speed
- nix the stealth component for mez protection instead (maybe a resist buff too?)
- give it a higher top speed that run at lower levels having run catch up near 50
- when side-stepping the bike should just turn in that direction. impossibly sharp turns on a motorcycle happen all the time in the movies

That's about it. As far as the other reactions go. Yeah I think hover board should be faster simply because you can't attack while your on it. Kind of makes up for it I think. I also agree that any new vehicles should be considered a pack or at least discounted a bit more if they are going to be sold individually because really they are only a glorified costume option rather than a true "power." Their prices should reflect that.

It suppresses, it costs too much and you have Hover which does so much better. What's to stop one from using Rocket Board/Hover instead of Fly/Hover?
How do you know someone has hover just because they have fly? I'm a long time vet that hasn't had to take the pre-req to get my travel power for a long time. I'll usually still take hover on squishy types, but I've got plenty of melee characters that only took Flight for getting from mission to mission.

As for the hover board, I think it's great for lower level characters who haven't found a power slot to devote to some travel power. It would also be insanely useful for non fly/teleport characters navigating the Shadow Shard. But I do find it hard to believe that even the most twinked out, min/maxed character can't find a way to get a travel power into a build. Especially since fitness became inherent that should have freed up power slots that could have been filled with a travel power if the character didn't previously have one.
