Edit: Still doing the mish, have the clue that says "Harken saved" or whatever
If you got all the PPD and the Harker/Harken/whatever guy, I have no idea. Toss it in a /petition.

well, I petitioned, not that I think it'll do much good :/
It's happened to me twice now, and the wiki says that if I get all the ppd out the mish should complete.

All I can say is that mission was always a little flaky. I've had to repeat it a few times to get it to trigger. It's good that you petitioned it but like you said I wouldn't hold out much hope for that.

edit Here's a guide with some useful info. Like leading the guy to the nearest elevator will complete. I'll have to try that.

In addition to what's in that guide, if you're doing the mission naturally (NOT via Flashback), and solo, bind a key to /leaveteam (/bind X leaveteam). If you haven't got the badge and are almost out of time, hit the key and you'll be booted from the mission and the map reset, allowing you to try again.
If you're on a team, you may not be kicked from the map, and it will NOT reset, regardless. If you're doing it by Flashback and you use this method, it will pop up a message asking if you really want to quit, and if you do, the whole Flashback will cancel.

GM response was that "You didn't get the badge, so you didn't complete the conditions"
They also said that if you talk to an injured PPD officer more than once it screws up the counter. /rage
I am a bit frustrated with the mission, but imma do this til I get the badge

I never knew that part about being able to "mess up the counter" if you click on them more than once - that's a bit crummy. I'll bet that's how a lot of people mess it up because when you're rushing around it's easy to get excited and double click them. Well good luck with it regardless.|

P.S. I'd definitely take advantage of this keybind tip from Master-Blade. It proved to be very helpful with this.

Well, looking back through the forum, turns out people have been being granted the badge for the bug before, but in any case, I just completed it again (Finally got the badge) so yay!
And I had been using a targetting macro the entire time 
I completed the mission that it involves, I got every PPD out, it even was gone from my objective menu. Why didn't I get the badge, did I do something wrong? Should I report it?
