If ageless is available should there be a limit on therms?
If you only allowed alphas, more people would likely show interest.
Also, what's your reasoning behind the maps you've chosen?

I meant to add tech. Outbreak would be cool too.
I just don't want situations like people running around in circles on industrial or eden.
As for skyway,steel and striga i feel they are too big for a smaller team setting.
Prizes aren't an issue- most people pvp for just the sake of pvping. I typically try to get some swag from Paragon Studios if I am trying to get people who normally would not pvp to try pvp (attempting to grow the community). I think a 3v3 ladder or league would have the interest of pvpers so prizes really aren't needed, however if you want to try to get some you can PM Avatea or Z and ask.
I'm sure you would have plenty of interest in a 3v3 league on Freedom. You might want to try to thinking about limiting TK as well.

Sure, my hypothetical Claws/SR Scrapper has a higher damage output and more options with the various Incarnate abilities, but a top tier toon with the same options immediately catapults itself ahead of everything else that you're attempting to level out.
IMO, allowing Alphas only is the way to go.
Office, Perez, Tech, Atlas are fine, but I don't see the problem with opening up Skyway/Astoria/Steel Canyon/Outbreak. Previous 3v3 tournaments have been held on both live and test servers in the past with these maps due to our inability to select maps, and things went smoothly.
I would however consider a rule regarding taking matches to Sudden Death.
Also, Masque mentioned a 3v3 league. Bad idea, stick with your Tournament instead.

Skyway and Steel allow for some differently paced matches, but I don't think it will turn into as much of a hide and seek game as the above mentioned 3 might. Rest of the maps are probably fine.
I've also been pretty vocal about Alpha only, but to be honest, we haven't tried any organized events where anything but Alpha was allowed. A 3v3 tournament is probably a safe way to test these things, more so than an 8v8 setting.
I still think incarnates are unbalanced, to clarify, but I think it's worth at least giving it a try and see what happens. Who knows, people may end up having a lot of fun with some of the new stuff. All in all I'm in favor of at least trying it.
Some of the fotms actually benefit less from some of the incarnates then other stuff. Like the OP said, reactive gives fire blast or any DoT heavy set a pretty noticeable boost. Psy blast with reactive will give you a little extra oomph, but over all it's only noticeable when you have a bunch of them hitting the same target. Some of the other stuff benefits some things more than others, for instance rad fenders have become a somewhat popular dueling build again because of Alpha and Destiny mostly, other stuff is in a similar boat.
Lore is dumb, there is nothing that will ever convince me that Lore should ever be used in arena PvP.
Other than that it looks pretty good.

All ATs allowed (max 2 stalkers max 1 tauntbot)
All powers allowed except lores.
Office, Cargo, Perez, Atlas allowed.
Small Inspirations only
Travel Suppression will be turned off
Heal Decay will be turned off
Best of 1, Double Elimination, Ties are replayed.
Also prices. Would you participate if there were no prizes or small prizes?(i'm poor)
