There are three PVP recipes I know of that are worth "The most money" out of, like, sixty. I don't know the details of AFK farming: last time I paid any attention it went like this: Get one character with a self rez power on auto, another character on another account with an attack on auto, put them in a corner of a PVP zone and go watch a movie while a boot steps on a human face forever.
I'm sure it's evolved some.

I tried this method with a regen and a willpower scrapper and on the 2nd rez it would make them go to hospital. Ive since quit trying lol.

It has nothing to do with the second rez itself. It has to do with how long you are lying there dead. On the first kill, the rez power is ready to fire immediately. For the second kill, it has to wait to recharge. If you lie dead for more than 120 seconds, you go to the hospital whether you like it or not.

The way people currently beat the time-out feature while in the PvP zone is by placing each toon into an Ouroboros arc beforehand, which has the same effect as being inside a mission (i.e., your toon will not be auto-logged-out).
Careful, however, as Zwillinger has hinted lately that they are changing this mechanic somehow to defeat afk PvP IO farmers...

(Nobody knows the exact drop rates anyway, we can only guesstimate. They drop VERY rarely, I can tell you that from my own experience. Like once per 4-12 hours of constant afk farming, and as you can see form that wide time range, it really varies.)

It was previously talked about breaking TF's when entering a PvP zone but that would effect anyone on a struggling TF who wanted to go for shivens/nukes etc. so it was scrapped.

Gladiator Armor: +3% Def is generally the highest at around 2.25-2.5B or so. Gladiator Shield: +3% Res and Panacea: +Regen/Recovery are also very high, I think around the Inf cap.

Edit: Yah someone mentioned it here in this thread I started, but it was deleted (Are you not supposed to talk about dev pms?). I've never seen a redname that posted "fixing" the AFK PvP farms so for all we know it could be BS.
